PCs for People Takeback Program

PCs for People offers free recycling for computers sold through TechSoup’s Refurbished Computer Initiative. This program ensures all computers sold by PCs for People will be properly handled when our partners are done with them.

How to Participate in the Takeback Program

Check for the “this computer is eligible for free recycling” sticker located on the computer. It will look like this:
Look for the PID located on the computer. Locations may vary depending on the machine type. The PID is the number under the barcode, as seen below.
Email takeback@pcsforpeople.com with the PID in the subject line. A representative will contact you for next steps.
