Our One Year Warranty

PCs for People computers come with a one-year hardware warranty. This warranty covers issues that have not been caused by the user. Issues caused by the user (physical damage, viruses, malware, and other software-related issues) can be repaired for a small fee.

Accessories and laptop batters are covered under our 30-day warranty. See the store for our full warranty and return policies.

Affordable Computer Repair

We get it; sometimes things go wrong. We offer affordable computer repair to eligible customers. Customers can bring in a computer to one of our retail locations to request a repair evaluation and cost estimate from one of our trained computer technicians. Repairs generally take up to two weeks for completion (longer if parts need to be ordered).
