Absolutely amazing service. The lady, don't remember her name, she specifically was more than helpful. She was friendly not to just is but to her coworkers as well...she was planning to cook dinner for the whole group.

I spoke with Jerome, and he helped me navigate through the online process with ease. I am not a tech savvy person and he was beyond patient with me and highly knowledgeable. I can’t thank you enough Jerome Ms Kay from STL.

I go to the St. Paul center and used their services for years. People there are helpful. Prices are great. Equipment is remanufactured. Usefulness of their services is exceptional. Quality of the equipment is iffy. But they are good people working with what they have. As for the hotspot: take battery out. Put battery away. Don't use internal batteries. Use an external power source. Modem batteries get very hot and explode.
