PCs for People has partnered with the State of Ohio and county to transform Cuyahoga County from one of the worst connected cities in the nation to one of the best.
We offer high-speed internet service solutions starting at $15 per month (or free with the Affordable Connectivity Program!). Our service plans are prepaid with no credit checks or hidden fees. To get started, customers can purchase their modem by phone or at a local event and receive the device and activate it within 5-10 business days.

The Affordable Connectivity Program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare, and more. We have been approved for participation as a provider for both internet services and hardware benefits. Customers who qualify can receive free internet through PCs for People.
Through partnerships with organizations in the community – such as local governments, schools, housing authorities, libraries, and nonprofits – we’re able to meet the broadband needs in each neighborhood in multiple ways.
Using the same technology as large phone carriers, fixed wireless networks allow speeds of 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload at an affordable price. We install special PCs for People towers in underserved areas to connect residents to affordable high-speed internet.
Mobile hotspots are a great option for customers who want a device that moves with them. These devices are wireless, portable, and provide internet access without cabling or installation.
By installing wireless access points throughout the multi-dwelling unit buildings and/or areas, residents gain access to low-cost, high-speed internet at home. We offer start-to-finish support and customize each network to the user’s needs.
Purchase a device based on your coverage area and then add your preferred service duration.
All plans include unlimited service, with no throttle and no hidden fees. Customers must prove eligibility yearly.
For returns, internet devices must be returned within 7 days from the date it is received. In order to receive a full refund for the device, all original components must be included. Internet subscriptions may be refunded for any unused months remaining on your current subscription term. The replacement warranty on all internet devices is six months from the date the internet device is purchased by the end-user.
