Individuals served are under 200% of the federal poverty level.
While anyone in the country can shop with PCs for People online, we currently serve eight markets across the U.S. with retail stores for low-cost technology, affordable internet, digital learning classes, e-waste recycling (including drop-off locations and secure corporate pickup), and volunteer opportunities.
DIGITAL EQUITY IN ATLANTA
Our Atlanta Digital Inclusion Hub (opening early 2022) will provide community access to affordable devices and connectivity, digital literacy and skills training, and workforce development through computer and IT asset sourcing, warehouse processing, and computer refurbishing.
We are seeking partners in the Atlanta area to collaborate on our mission to serve the community and achieve digital equity. We provide organizations with free, secure, industry-leading data destruction and e-waste recycling services and then refurbish the computers for distribution to individuals and families in need. In the process, we divert thousands of tons of electronic waste materials from landfills and assist partner organizations in achieving meaningful community impact.
