Chief Executive Officer
Casey graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a degree in Computer Information Systems. After college, he began his career in technology automation at Deloitte Consulting. However, his true passion was to help others connect with the digital world. In 2008, Casey left consulting to found PCs for People. Under his leadership, the organization has become a national leader in digital inclusion, providing support to thousands of low-income families and individuals in need.
Director of Accounting
Lisa Olson brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, banking, and supporting the growth of fast-paced businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has a proven track record of building strong accounting teams, processes, and procedures. Since joining PCs for People in March 2022, Lisa has played a key role in driving the organization’s financial success. Passionate about volunteering and helping those in need, she is deeply committed to giving back to her community. Outside of work, Lisa balances a busy life with her husband and seven children, actively supporting their sports activities, while also finding time to compete in half marathons and enjoy golf.
National HR Director
Jenny Lorton serves as the National HR Director for PCs for People and brings over 20 years of experience as a dynamic senior leader with a strong background in HR and operations, known for driving innovation and cultivating people-centered workplaces. She has held multiple executive roles, including leading a homeless services program in her local community, leading with a focus on empowering teams and delivering operational excellence. She currently resides in Washington State with her husband and their four French Bulldogs.
Director of Refurbishment Operations
CeAira Sargent is a native of St. Louis and proud St. Louis Public School graduate. She has nearly fifteen years of experience in college access and college success leadership and programming. Her roles and responsibilities varied from building institutional and community partnerships, facilitating curriculum and training, and designing and implementing innovative programming. CeAira joined PCs for People after supporting high school and college students through the pandemic which emphasized the urgency to bridge the digital divide. CeAira believes deeply in the power of access to disrupt poverty. When she’s not supporting the community, CeAira loves spending time with her husband and five-year-old son.
Director of Network Operations
Ryan Hodson is the Director of Network Operations for PCs for People, where he leads efforts to expand internet access to underserved communities. He has extensive experience in 5G and LTE network design, installation, and troubleshooting. Certified with a CPI in CBRS and OSHA 30, Ryan specializes in MDU infrastructure, RF engineering, and team leadership. He combines a strong technical background with excellent communication skills and a passion for developing innovative network solutions. His work with nonprofit organizations reflects a deep commitment to digital equity and closing the connectivity gap.
Director of Education
Jeff Coltman serves as the Director of Education at PCs for People, bringing over a decade of experience in designing, scaling, and implementing educational initiatives that drive meaningful impact. He specializes in creating accessible, high-impact learning opportunities that empower underserved communities. Jeff’s background includes extensive work in nonprofit workforce development, where he has built programs leading to industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Basic Digital Skills. Committed to innovation, equity, and sustainable change, Jeff believes that access to technology and education is fundamental to building stronger, more resilient communities.
National Sourcing Manager
Dani Valentin brings 23 years of experience in education and the nonprofit sector with a passion for service and community impact to his role as National Sourcing Manager at PCs for People. Since joining the organization in 2019, he has cultivated key partnerships that help deliver devices and connectivity to communities in need across the country. Known for his collaborative approach and dedication to bridging the digital divide, Dani thrives as a connector between partners and the people they serve. He lives in Ohio with his amazing wife and their three children.
National Call Center Manager
Domonique Hutchinson serves as the National Call Center Manager at PCs for People, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving productivity across all markets. With over 14 years of experience in customer service and leadership, Domonique brings a strong background from the telecommunications, media & entertainment, and nonprofit healthcare sectors. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in launching call centers for major organizations including Verizon and the JGO, and has contributed to policy and process development that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.
National Surplus Sales Manager
Drew Dixon began his journey with PCs for People as an entry-level associate and has steadily advanced through leadership roles, including lead, supervisor, and manager. In his current role as National Surplus Sales Manager, he develops key strategies that uphold the organization’s mission and support essential day-to-day operations. Before joining PCs for People, Drew served as a forest ranger with the U.S. Department of the Interior in the Pacific Northwest. His work with the organization has allowed him to grow professionally while continuing his passion for environmental stewardship through responsible electronics recycling. Outside of work, Drew is an avid baseball fan and a dedicated musician.
National Marketing Manager
Syreeta Ziegler is the National Marketing Manager at PCs for People, where she leads strategic initiatives to expand digital equity in underserved communities nationwide. With more than 20 years of experience—including over 15 years across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors—she brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, strategy, and purpose to every campaign. Syreeta holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts with concentrations in Public Relations, Marketing, and Journalism, and a Master of Science in Psychology. Her career highlights include leading successful rebrands, securing national media coverage, and developing integrated marketing campaigns that boost engagement and advance mission-driven goals. Syreeta is also a proud mother of two college graduates, loves to sing, write, vlog and serves on the leadership team at her church.
National Impact Manager
Nikesha Yarbrough brings over 20 years of experience in public health and community engagement, with a strong focus on advancing health equity and access in historically marginalized communities. Throughout her career, she has led a wide range of initiatives centered on community needs assessments, access to care, and educational outreach.
Known for her collaborative and grassroots approach, Nikesha has built strong, trusted relationships with diverse populations, local stakeholders, and community-based organizations. She brings a deep understanding of the social determinants of health and a passion for designing inclusive, community-driven solutions that address disparities and foster long-term resilience.
