Welcome to the PCs for People registration page for Cuyahoga County families with K-12 students! This is where you can begin the two-step registration process to request a computer/hotspot.
Please read the following carefully:
You are making a request for a computer/hotspot. There is currently a short wait list. PCs for People will be communicating via email about when your item is available to be picked up.
Click on the registration button on the bottom of this page and follow the prompts. Select the library location where you would like to pick up.
Note: Public library events are for Cuyahoga County residents with K-12 students in public and charter schools, as well as senior citizens aged 60+. Private school families should email email@example.com for more information.
Financial aid is available upon request for those who cannot contribute to the listed cost of devices. (For senior citizens, financial aid covers the listed cost of computers but NOT wireless hotspots.) Select the devices you would like to request. New users will need to create an account and provide basic contact information. Proof of eligibility is required before orders will be approved. For families with K-12 students this can be any official school document that includes the student and guardian name, name of the school, and a recent date. For senior citizens this includes a document with date of birth and receipt of governmental benefits. To learn more about eligibility, click here: pcsforpeople.org/eligibility.
When you finish this step, you’ll receive an email stating an order ID number, but your registration is NOT complete.
If you requested financial aid, you will receive a second email from PCs for People stating your financial aid has been awarded. Then you must log in to your account and complete your order. If you paid for your order then you will receive an email confirming the pickup location of your order. This completes your registration for the request of a computer/internet!
