DENVER (July 7, 2017) - Nearly 50 high school students from the Denver area will be one step closer to careers in tech before they head back to school in the fall. Colorado Technology Foundation’s second-annual Tech Internship Accelerator provides immersive, hands-on training and focused dialogue with industry professionals. The Accelerator is hosted in partnership with Denver Public Schools CareerConnect to enhance and accelerate the summer internship experiences for the students.
“We are so grateful for the generous donation from PCs for People and Colorado Technology Foundation,” said Joe Saboe, Director of Denver Public Schools CareerConnect. “For many of our students, this is the first time they will own a computer. With this powerful technology, our TechConnect students will be able to accelerate their learning and unlock their future careers.”
